So the neighbor dog got to 4 of our hens this time. Luckily 2 survived but that posed the problem of having to immediately fix the hen house. Since he tore it apart pretty good we decided we would build a new and better one. One I can actually walk into. Here is a slide show of the whole family pitching in and helping build the hen house.
That is so wonderful that all the kids were involved with the hen house. We are in the process of getting into our new house in Apache Junction and we are also going to get so chickens and hens. It will be great to have fresh eggs!
