Girls First Dance Class

So Faith Anne has been able to do a lot of new things this year. She started school and soccer. So I thought Emily should be able to have something and since she is our little girly girl I thought we could get her into dance. Well the out come was a resounding no but Emily and Faith Anne did take one class to see what it is like. After about 15 minutes Emily came out and calmly refused to go back in. She was just done with the whole dance thing. Faith Anne However had a lot of fun and surprisingly wants to start taking dance class. Her is a fuzzy picture of that day. If you look close enough Faith Anne is pointing down to her little tap shoes.

Soccer Practices

Every Practice Emily, Tyler, and I watch Faith Anne for an hour. Luckily we have our friends there, Cade, Ryleigh, and Rachel. This has definitely been a different year for us and it's been fun getting out and watching the kids being a part of something.

The Invisable Woman

I saw this on another SAHM's web site and started to cry. I have been needing this for sometime now but as always in God's timing I was shown this video. I know this is something everywoman with a mother's heart needs to see. I hope this will bless you as it has me.

The Great Carrot Incident of 2008

Faith Anne was in the hospital because she asperated a piece of a carrot into her lung. We spent 3 days in the hospital, fortunately UMC in Tucson was wonderful and made the stay bearable.

Faith Anne the morning of surgery.

Faith Anne pondering how she could have avoided this situation.

Waiting for more x-rays.

She was in pretty good spirits considering she hadn't eaten since lunch the day before, well except for the carrot at 3pm.

I think her face explains it all.

Ashley and Aunt Kelli came to visit after her surgery.

All was fine after her surgery and they found the infamous carrot. Once she woke up she had a hard time but then she got a popcicle and she started to feel much better. She still had some breathing problems so they kept her over night but she was released around 11:00 the next day and was able to make it to her soccer camp for the last day.

Soccer Camp 2008

Faith Anne is finally old enough to be able to get into sports. She is having so much fun playing soccer. We are definately hitting the next stage in our families life.
