AWANA 09

These are the girls that I helped teach for this years AWANA. This is the first year I helped with AWANA's and I loved it. I grew close to one of the girls in paticular, Taylor (the one with the funny glasses). She is a sweet, outgoing and positive girl. She really was a joy to be around as were all the girls.

Picnic with Friends

We went to church with Jill and her daughter Kiara this weekend and went to a park right next to her church for a picnic. It was pretty hot so we only stayed about an hour but the kids had a lot of fun.

Emily was afraid to crawl over the monkey bars but when no one was looking she attempted to try it... and succeeded!!!

I am back into my creative mode and have been able to make my own backgrounds and headers and not use someone elses templates. So this is my first creation. I call it muted spring.

I wish when I was growing up and even until recent years I would have realized this more. One's family truly is on of life's greatest treasures. I hope to help my children learn this valuable lesson early so that they can experience life in a more meaningful way.

Every holiday our local Fry's grocery store has big savings and lots of fun activities for the kids. They also have a photo area. It's all free and fun for the kids. Here are our pictures from the Easter Party.

Friday I needed to go to Phoenix for an appointment and so did Jill so she took Faith Anne with her to keep Kiara busy. After our appointments we met up at a park so the kids could play.
